2. Donation Policy

2.1 Use of Donations

All donations made to The JD Foundation for Kids support our programs assisting single-parent families and children in need. Unless explicitly stated by the donor and accepted by the Foundation, all contributions are considered unrestricted charitable gifts.

2.2 Refunds

Charitable donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error, please contact us within 72 hours:

2.3 Donor Privacy

2.4 Tax Receipts
